Good morning!
Spring around Lake Sinclair has a way of making everything feel possible, and this week, that feeling is backed up by actual evidence. New businesses are opening their doors, exciting communities are taking shape, docks are getting spruced up, and there is no shortage of reasons to get out and enjoy this gorgeous corner of Georgia.
From a sweet treat at the Chalk Walk to a songwriter evening under the stars at Briarpatch Farm, Lake Country is doing what it does best, showing up for its people. Let's dive in.
If your dock could use some love before lake season hits full swing, meet Mac Bedor, full-time firefighter, lake local, and the man behind Southern Dock Solutions LLC. Mac started this business to offer neighbors something refreshingly simple: reliable, honest, fairly priced dock and lake services from someone who genuinely cares about this community. And that shows in everything he does.
Whether you're on Lake Sinclair or Jackson Lake, Mac has you covered. Services include routine dock cleaning and maintenance, seasonal inspections, pressure washing, minor repairs, bumper and ladder installs, and basic boat cleaning. He also offers some specialty packages worth knowing about — a Party Prep Package to get your dock and boat guest-ready for the weekend, a Full-Time Resident Plan for ongoing maintenance, and a Non Full-Time Resident Plan so your dock stays in great shape even when you're not here to keep an eye on things.
Spring is the perfect time to get squared away before the summer rush. Give Mac a call or text at 770-856-7582, or reach him at [email protected].
Supporting a neighbor who supports our lakes - that's what it's all about.
