Making Waves is brought to you this week by Nick Montgomery, Keller Williams.

This brand-new construction delivers the full Lake Sinclair package: deep-water cove protection, breathtaking main lake views, and a level walk to a double boathouse and seawall, all ready for lake season. Inside, the open floor plan feels bright and airy, with soaring vaulted ceilings, a gourmet quartz kitchen with gas cooktop, and a main-level primary suite so waking up to the water is just part of your morning routine. Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a massive covered porch, and a lower level built for entertaining and hosting guests. At 3,020 square feet and $1,499,000, this is modern lakefront living done right.
The location doesn't hurt either…close to the best restaurants and shops Milledgeville has to offer, so the convenience matches the luxury.
