Saturday, August 12 at 1:00pm

Join the Old School History Museum for an old fashioned ice cream social during the August Adventure event  Saturday, Aug. 12 from 1 - 4p.m. at The Plaza Arts Center. The timelessness of a scoop of ice cream will be celebrated along with games, dances and so much more.

The Arts Barn will be leading a fun interactive dance and heading up a cupcake walk. Miss Georgia will be doing what she does best with storytelling in the Old School History Museum classroom. Games such as hopscotch, 4 square, balloon toss, jump rope, jacks, marbles will be available as well.

It wouldn’t be an ice cream social without some food! Enjoy hot dogs, lemonade, popcorn, and of course ice cream!!

The Downtown GetDown concert series presented by visit Eatonton and Downtown Eatonton!

Dean Brown and DubShak will be performing at the Eatonton City Center Stage on Saturday, September 9th. Vendors open at 6:00pm, and the music begins at 7:00pm.

Lawn chairs and coolers are welcome!

One of Eatonton’s biggest events of the year is back! The Taste of Eatonton features different restaurants of varying tastes from Georgia’s Lake Country and the Middle Georgia Region. The VIP Admission includes admission to the Taste of Eatonton, 20 (1$) food tickets and 2 drink tickets, access to the VIP lounge, private bar, private restrooms, convenient parking, exclusive specialty 'Tastes' and a Taste of Eatonton wine or whiskey glass.
