“Chip In for Brain Cancer” Golf Invitational

The Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation (SBTF) is inviting you to participate in the first annual “Chip In for Brain Cancer” Golf Invitational to be held at the Ritz Lake Oconee Golf Course on Saturday, May 6th, at 12:00 pm. The SBTF’s mission is to provide resources to patients and their families battling brain tumors and fund cutting-edge research to help find better treatments and cures for these devastating diseases.
A portion of the proceeds from the tournament will benefit Gatewood Schools 2nd grader Cami Jackson, who is battling a brain tumor.

Celebrating 15 Years at The Plaza

The Plaza is celebrating its 15th year anniversary and is planning a special event called Behind the Curtain, which includes an intimate concert, cocktails, and a plated dinner on the historic Plaza stage.
The first Behind the Curtain show will feature the Kazanetti Quartet, who was The Plaza’s artist-in-residence 15 years ago and helped form the bond between the community and young people through music. The event is scheduled for April 28th at 6 p.m. and tickets are currently only available for Plaza members. The Plaza invites people to join and purchase tickets soon as they are extremely limited!
